A bit slow to dispatch & strange delivery policy.

Tool-Net has a very good selection of stock to choose from. The prices are very good however as stated the in the delivery policy the prices don't include postage, which ammounted to a substantial amount, making them no cheaper and in most cases slightly more expensive than their competitors (that offer good prices and free/reasonable delivery). I guess for most people it may be ok but in my case I would have been better getting some items elsewhere, but I'd already put the order together so I couldn't be bothered with the hassle of cancelling the order.

The second negative is they took a very long time to dispatch. The order was placed on the 12th but it wasn't despatched while the 20th, once dispatched Palletways delivered next day. I was informed of an item out of stock and would be dispatched separately, this part of the order came a couple of days after the first part, proving they can do things quicker when they try. I had ordered many things from various suppliers that week, all of which were dispatched and delivered within a couple of days.

The order did come well packaged, everything accounted for and the tools seem to be very good.
