I am satisfied by the customer service and the attitude by the staff. I did not like the web site because when after haveing paid for a certain item I was informed on its unavailability. Therefore the web site was providing wrong information on the selling product

Hi,
Thank you for your review. I have looked into your order and we were showing 1 left in stock when we quoted you. However we did not receive your payment until the following day and buy this point the item had sold. At this point we were then advised it was discontinued and no more stock was available. If you send me an email I will send you a £5 voucher as way of further apology.
