I ordered a stove.
The stove arrived a week later with broken foot and no connector.
The stove fitter came but could not do the job because of the missing connector, thankfully he was able to repair the foot.
A week later connector arrived by royal mail with delivery charges.
The parcel was sent back because I refused to pay delivery as I payed it on order already.
Two weeks have gone by and the stove fitter is coming again and I have no connector yet.
Customer service was very accommodating but I still got to have my stove fitted. I am still waiting for my flue connector while they investigate what went wrong.
The price was good but considering the hassle I am going through at the moment I no longer think that it was such a bargain.
Will I order again from tool net?
Put yourself in my place.
Perhaps I'll call them for a friendly chat with a cup of tea and a biscuit ready. Ordering goods I'll think about it.
