Product was dumped on my driveway despite a safe delivery spot being agreed.

Missing parts, damaged parts, parts not finished.

Spent hours on the phone chasing/ complaining. Only to be told at the end the conversations that they could not be acted upon and I should put in writing. I could not understand this. Low and behold they were using a premium rate number. They did not tell me this at any point. Even 'if' they don't gain from these calls they should at least tell the customer.

I was told the driver spoke to my installer and confirmed all the parts were there. Interesting as my installer came a week after the product was delivered. When I pointed out this untruth no apology was offered.

Two weeks later I am still awaiting shelving and have a huge phone bill they refuse to reimburse. The product is in fairness good but the trauma is definitely not worth it.
