We purchased (as a gift) the tower plot kit and winter clematis. The pots were broken on arrival (the packaging was intact so must have been broken before they were packed), instead of the gun-metal colour on the photo, they were a gaudy gold random splash pattern. Far fron "sturdy" (their words) they were flimsy plastic, with the molding sprue still attached. It cost £10 to return them. The Clematis was due for shipment by end of September, this has changed to end October, and they now tell me they can only supply one of the two we have ordered and paid for. Shocking service, appauling goods, I will NEVER deal with these people again.

Hi there,
Thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry that the Tower Pots were damaged on arrival. I'm unsure as to why one of my colleagues would have encouraged you to return them (usually photos are sufficient for us to action a refund). I'd like to look into compensating you in some way for this, if you'd like to get in contact with us? I'm here both weekend days from 9am - 6pm. You can call and ask for me - I'll be happy to find a satisfying solution for you.
Regarding the Clematis, I'm sorry that we're unable to supply both plants. As I think the letter we sent you explains, the warm September we just had didn't allow for strong enough root growth in the plants. Subsequently, only half of the plants are up to a high enough standard to be released to our customers. I'll be happy to arrange a full refund for you (if this hasn't already happened).
I'm sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused you. Please do get in touch. If you will allow me, I'd like to take the opportunity to rectify this situation to your satisfaction.
Best regards,
Richard
