Ordered the bathroom initially and for some reason gave me a delivery date of 31/12/2013 nearly 8 months away had to phone to rearrange. Date arranged for 10/04/2013 daya rrived with no contact phoned the delivery company who staed it was now 11/04/13 so rearranged time to fit it in,then received phonecall from driver now back too 10/04/13 at 1730. Inconveniant but quality exceelent for the money and the drivers where more than helpful. (read more)

You have a text or call the day before to let you know if it will be a morning or afternoon delivery, then on the day they call an hor before they are due. You have 72 hours to check everything. I did find a fault in one item so called them, they offered to replace with delivery the following day, I arranged a different day because I was in work. Aga in exactly the same delivery service. I had checked lots or other bathroom sites and stores and found the suite I liked at a great price.... (read more)

Bathroom suite and shower unit selected were excellent value for money, appreciated the facility that allowed you to change delivery dates up to 24 hours before planned day (this worked well for me due to building issues, had to change date 3 times). All was delivered when requested and absolutely nothing missing! Delivery drivers contacted me on the day to make me aware of delivery time. (read more)

The whole experience from searching for a product to delivery by Tescos Bathrooms was easy and problem free. At each stage e received texts and phone calls to confirm the stage we were at and delivery was exactly on time. The shower tray and screen was purchased to replace the bath in my elderly mother's new house and our plumber was really impressed with the product, fitting it easily. \well done Tesco Bathrooms! his is the second high rise toilet we have bought from Tescos in 2 months. The first was called milano high rise, but the pico is exactly the same. We were so pleased with the first one for our downstairs cloakroom that we ordered the same for our bathroom upstairs. It is perfect for anyone with back or knee problems since the seat is a few inches higher than normal - other than that it is identical to a normal toilet. I found Tesco bathrooms web site via a search engine, once on their site it was easy to navigate and find exactly what I was looking for. The options were clear, the bath is pre-drilled which is a huge bonus as we didn't want to start drilling holes. I upgraded the taps to a mixer on the bath for a reasonable price considering that I did compared the prices of tap options on other major DIY stores which came out much more expensive. After being let down by a company that went into administration it was a great relief to receive our new bathroom within three days of ordering from tesco. The service was great. Was being delivered between 12-6 and was there at 11:55 with a phone call to say they were on their way! Bathroom suite is really nice, great quality and was £100 cheaper! Like an idiot I went to a DIY superstore. I forgot you can do it all by computer. In fact you could order it on your laptop whilst sitting astride the mankey old bog you now own. We ordered a bathroom suite on Tuesday and requested delivery the following Monday this was done without any problems. The Customer service and delivery team were very friendly and efficient. The delivery arrived on the day stated and the time stated. We were kept informed all along the way by texts and the tracking system was fantastic. The bath panel had to be returned and this was done very efficiently with a next day delivery of a new panel and pickup of the faulty item. (read more)
