The bath is exactly as we expected and went in with very little problem, It was delivered on the day selected and I was texted to let me know 90 minutes before delivery

this is a very good bath easy to install and delevery was on time at the date they said they would be at my home the tow man carryed the bath into my home and all the parts where there and no marks on the bath great well done

Following positive reviews and wanting a steel double ended bath which Victoria bathrooms do not do I thought I would take my chance with Tescobathrooms also known as Mark Two! Our experience of them can be best described as a Shakespeare comedy of errors characterized by poor service, communication and poor quality! Not wishing to write war and peace I would like to highlight the following: 1.Initially we could not get a delivery date 2. My payment card was billed twice 3. The bathroom suite arrived minus the taps which we were told would arrive 10 days later. We had to get baths at our neighbours house! 4.When the taps did arrive they were broken (apparently they do not have a quality control to check them). 5.The first sink was scratched. The second sink was cracked. We decided to install the scratched sink as we were paying bathroom fitters. They have now tried to deliver us two more sinks! 6. My wife has spent much time speaking to customer services, mainly Brian who likes to try and talk over her and never ever offers a word of apology 7. We are still awaiting our Tesco points! So in summary, avoid this company unless you want to experience tears of anger connected to poor quality, poor communication and non existent customer service!

Order arrived when they said... and you can even contact the driver and get the exact delivery time... front panel had a small crack but phoned the next day and they sent one out for the following day...this one was also cracked at the bottom but my builder had to cut it off anyway so looks just fine.. every thing looks lovely and even though a great price , the quality is brilliant...

Item ordered arrived quickly, and the delivery guys were helpful and pleasant. The bath was as described, and of good quality. So great service and would defiantly use Tesco Bathrooms again.

This is the second time we are using Tesco Bathrooms in a 5 year period and both times their service has been excellent. This includes the quality of their website, communication regarding delivery, delivery itself and post sales support. We had an issue with the WC pan which was promptly resolved and replaced in 3 days! Keep us the good job Tesco!

Our bath arrived and having checked it over realised the size was wrong despite the sticker showing the right size, we go in contact with tesco and they were very helpful, replying instantly and sending a new one out promptly to us, this could have been a hassle but it wasn't at all, excellent customer service and the item is a great price especially as unlike most bathroom suppliers the bath came with the front panel we didn't have to buy it separately so the cost was as advertised, thank you

Great service dilevered with in tree days of order

I recently ordered a back to wall free standing bath from Tesco bathrooms, the bath looks absolutely beautiful now it is installed, the customer service was top class and it was delivered promptly by very friendly and helpful delivery drivers. Thank you Tesco bathrooms , and as a bonus the bath was much cheaper than any I found elsewhere.
