Bought tap set from them 18 months ago as it was cheap , but didn't fit until recently & found a part was broken. Not covered by guarantee - my fault no problem there. BUT I paid for a replacement - 4 weeks later & after chasing up they sent the wrong part. Complained & they are going to refund me & send me the right part. i've been waiting a week for confirmation so I am buying new tapset from someone else as they have no idea what the part number is OR who made the item - so I can't... I originally phoned the sales dept and they were helpful so I was happy to continue, Yes the sink was cheaper than anywhere else but when it came to the after sales well I thought it could have done better... The sink and tap was delivered but one waste was missing I endeavoured to use their help desk to get the missing waste delivered, because if you ring the sales they state that you have to use the help desk which is contacted via email or a premium rate telephone line, It is now a month since the original delivery, I have since obtained the waste that I required from another source which cost £21 so that the sink could be installed. We ordered an Astracast steel Belfast sink in February. It arrived very promptly, within a day or so. Unfortunately, not only were the extra accessories we had ordered were missing, but also the standard waste and grid that always should be provided with the sink. We have exchanged numerous e mails and had so many promises. We got the extra accessories after a month or so, but still have not got the waste to install the sink, or the internal grid. We spent hundreds of pounds on a tap and kitchen sink from tapsuk.com and read so many good reviews on their website that we went ahead and bought from them online. we are still waiting for our goods which have not been delivered on over a week and half later despite delivery supposedly taking 2-3 days. If you read all the other review on here this is what happens. They delay the order, continually fob you off by email, so that the only option is to call their £1.53 per minute customer... Like so many people on here, my main complaint is the customer service. The fact that both sinks I ordered are faulty can be a genuine mistake, although it looked like even the damaged sink had been shipped this way, as the box was immaculate. Also note, the sinks were sold as in stock and on a 2-3 day delivery time, and i was only informed a few days after ordering that 1 was not in stock. I ordered some taps online, which were delivered on time, this wasn't the issue. When the plumber tried to fit the taps the hot water tap (gland) came apart and it was apparent that this wasn't assembled properly at manufacturer. I contacted customer service (although you cannot speak to a humane without paying extortionate phone charges) so I e-mailed my complaint. Was told that in 99% of times they are damaged in transit. I bought a Frankie sink mixer and a sink, after a long struggle, they got delivered. The mixer by no means original item, even it doesn't have a brand name on it, and when I mentioned it to them they didn't deny at all. I asked for exchange, they wanted me to pay for the return shipment cost as well as for the new item, totalling 30 pounds. The website is extremely slowwwwww and eventually, amongst other things I managed to order 3 basins which I added to the basket. I somehow I ended up with 6 in my basket so I deleted 3 and then paid. When they arrived they were the wrong ones. I wanted square and I got round. I contacted tapsuk and I have had to pay £25 to return them, and also find my own couriers (they wont even send theirs) then I was charged another £5 to deliver the correct basins. My boyfriend placed an order placed on Sunday 7th and it stated estimated 2 to 3 days delivery. When the delivery had still not been confirmed we emailed to chase and advised that we needed the sink to start cutting our worktops in time for family coming up. We were met with a response that their distributors were responsible for this and that they would have to chase them to find out delivery times. I ordered a ceramic kitchen sink from Taps.uk.com, intially the sink took much longer to arrive than suggested on their site, however this is not the issue. We had our plumber fit the sink, but found that the plug given for the sink would not hold the water in the sink. The drama around getting another plug for the sink has been ridiculous. Ordered a tap with a 2-3 day delivery time. After a week with no contact I emailed to be told I had been refunded. No explanation of why my money was taken when they could not fulfill the order, or apologies for keeping me waiting for a week until I contacted them to chase them- they offered no explanation at all just said 'we have refunded' - I didn't want a refund, I wanted the tap I had paid for. Product range looks good, prices are good, but if the order goes wrong then it seems you are in trouble as the customer service is pared back to the bone "to keep our prices competitive". In my case a consignment of three items arrived, with one item being wrong. The driver queried this with his manager and was instructed to take the entire consignment away. IMO it should have been simple to contact someone to arrange new delivery, but your options are either a premium rate phone number... (read more)

Well, I thought I work try and chase it upmtonsee what is happening but the sales number just disconnects and to phone their customer services is a premium rate number at 1.43 per min. I ordered a wall hung wc frame which wAs delivered the next day. All went well up until then(yesterday). On opening the item was damaged so could not be used. I emailed expecting a reply within 4 hours as stated but nothing. I emailed again still nothing. However I can ring customer service on a premium rate number at £1.53 per minute. If you need to return something or get any information you’ll have BIG problems. I needed to return a sink & tap set due to my kitchen plan changing unexpectedly. These things happen in building.
