Ordered my sink on the phone on Monday and was told it would be here by Friday. Despite many emails they did not respond to me. Sink did arrive 2 weeks later but with no explanation or apology for the delay.
They cleverly have a premium rate phone line for customer services enquiries! What a rip off.
