This is the worst experience of buying from a company on the web I have ever had... Ordered a parisol and base, which was 'in stock' on their website. I then received a 'despatched' email. This was followed by an email stating the base was out of stock and to select another one. Selected a new base and was advised it would be despatched. The parisol arrived with no base. After numerous emails I was told the base was despatched seperately, but they would not confirm a carrier or tracking... (read more)

i am in the process of taking this company to court for failure to provide the goods which i have paid for - a garden set which cost over £400 - i have spent hours and hours chasing these clowns - with no resolution and most of the time no response from them. They are the worst company i have ever dealt with and have acted in the most un-professional manner - i will post this on as many consumer site as i can to try and warn prople to stay away from them - i cannot stress enough how bad...
