I ordered four made-to-measure acrylic sheets from Plastic Sheets.com in July 2014. They were for some picture frames that were missing their glass insets. They arrived after a few days and were EXTREMELY well packaged. The acrylic sheets themselves were very good quality and exactly matched the measurements I gave when ordering. I would certainly recommend this company based on my experience with them.
