We needed a replacement multipoint hook lock for our front door. Security Hardware helped us to identify the lock and delivered it the next day. 2 Weeks later, one of our neighbours had a break-in so we recommended Security-Hardware.co.uk and had a great review from the neighbour. We then decided to upgrade the security on our house, so a call to Security Hardware and we had upgraded anti snap locks and security handles. Also extra security locks on our windows and doors. It makes a refreshing change to speak with real people instead of answering machines. The staff there really know their onions. They knew all the latest British Standard Kitemark and CE standards and recommended insurance specified parts. We feel a lot safer now and have nothing but good reports from our friends and relatives who have used Security Hardware Ltd.
