“Order Cancelled for Security Reasons”

Monday. I waited in all day nothing was delivered. I called customer services on Tuesday I was told that my order had been cancelled for security reasons, but would not say what the reason was. I was told I had to place the order again but rather than do this online I placed the order over the phone. Today Wednesday agai I waited in all day nothing was delivered, I called customer services and was advised that my order had again been cancelled for security reasons. So I have no radiators and my plumber is ****** off with being messed around. Obviously customer servies can't use a telephone or an email and the first time you know that your order has been cancelled is when YOU call customer services.
