Order didn't go through the site so I had to telephone up. Once again I fell for the marketing ploy of them suggesting a few special offers (prices less VAT of course). It is a while since I last made an order. They then state you can't return the goods or cancel the order. Its only when you check the order that you see that the "special offer" items are high priced goods that you can get at half the price elsewhere! My advice is don't say yes to any suggestions for anything other than what you have ordered.
