As I have previously said I found no fault with the sales service and the fire to date however the delivery service was terrible. The fire arrived complete with pallet at my doorstep and I then had to find someone who could help me bring it in to my home.
We were both OAPS and had to struggle with this item after I had paid a delivery charge . If I had known this was to be the case I would not have ordered from you.

Hi, we are sorry you was not happy with the delivery, it does state on our site that the pallet service is to front door delivery, not inside a dwelling.

"What to expect from your delivery driver The driver will unload from his lorry and wheel the unit to your front door for you. The driver is not insured to take your stove inside your home as it is a 2 man lift, so please make sure that there are 2 able bodied persons to do this on delivery.",
