“No service or contact”

Ordered a cabin in August. Told around a month. No delivery so far(December20). Have rung and left messages, sent nemerous emails and written twice, Automated reply and no more!! Gave them one star because it was a mandatery field. Should be no stars. (read more)

“AVOID - NO DELIVERY OF CABIN”

I paid almost £3500 for a log cabin, before I did I asked SM Garden Buildings what the lead time was, I was told 3 weeks. This sounded good so I went ahead with the order. After 5 weeks, I began to start chasing the company to see where my cabin was. Basically I was fobbed off with various excuses and asked to wait another week or so. Do join the thread on moneysavingexpert just type in sm garden buildings of customers cheated by this business, perhaps it's time for them to be taken to court and if they are trading whilst insolvent than the dictor could be liable with his own private estate...YOU ARE NOT ALONE! It' a disgrace they are still cheating genuine people

I placed my order on 19th July. I waited as the previous customer describes on three seperate promised delivery dates and guess what, it never arrived. I even spoke to an alleged driver called "Jacob" who told me he was enroute but lost his way. He said he would be with me within two hours but he never arrived and there were no calls from the company.
SM Buildings never contacted me at any time. The only contact was with Caitlin and only then when i called them.
I cancelled my order and had to threaten police intervention for fraud before i got my money back.
The company are at best a disgrace and at worst as previously mentioned an elaborate scam to collect money from people who are prepared to keep waiting.
Never ever part with a penny to this company.

Yet again S M Garden Buildings have failed to deliver my order and I cannot get an answer from them on the telephone. I ordered and paid for my log cabin three months ago and have been fobbed off time and time again. I have sent them an e mail asking for a full refund. In the meantime I am going to contact Trading Standards to see if anything can be done to stop these people and also get my money back.

I too ordered a cabin in August and was told delivery in around a month. I sent numerous emails to which I only received automated replies saying someone would contact me, no one ever did. I tried calling but never got anywhere. In Decmober I took it up with my credit card company who refunded me within 2 weeks. I would suggest you all do the same.
