I purchased a trampoline in March. After 6 months the blue padding surround was splitting in several places. Customer support initially informed me that they only covered parts for 3 months. After an email from me saying that this was not acceptable they then offered to replace the part and asked me to quote the part no. for the faulty part. After many e-mails and telephone calls from me trying to establish the part no. this was finally established. I was informed I would receive a replacement part within 3-5 days. 2 days later I received another email saying my request had been declined. I really do not have the energy or time to follow this up any further as I have spent hours speaking to the call centre in the Phillipines with no success. I asked to speak to someone in authority and was not successful. I asked for contact details for a Director of the company and this was declined. I will certainly never again deal with Redshed or any other associated company such as Kybotech.

We bought a swing (Double Swing with Ladder)for our child. Within 6 months, all wooden poles have cracked and it is no longer safe to use. We complained to the company and was told that they can not do anything!!! Waste of money. Poor service.
