“Product that I could not find on the High Street”

I had tried to find 'battery acid' to replace a spilt battery on a garden tractor but no one in any of the leading motor stores stocked or would order this product for me. It meant purchasing a new replacement battery at £70 - £80. however, I found 'reagent' on the net and for a quarter of the new battery price they were able to supply. Quick service, delivery to the north of Scotland in two days, job done. will be a future customer and would recommend them.

I purchased a water purifier for making soap, I've been really surprised how well it works. The water is much softer just to touch and the cold process soap I've made with it is noticably better. Service was great, so would recommend them definetly!

We used the Caustic pearls to help breakdown the fatty build up around one of our submersible pumps and worked practically instantaneously. The flow rate from the pump increased significantly and were able to empty the chamber after several weeks of no flow. Would recommend this product.

I live in sheltered housing and at age 78 with disabled husband of 82 we find it difficult to do heavy shopping. I discovered that I could buy the necessary distilled water from this company and did so with some trepidation. I did not need to worry however, ordering was simple with information giving the number of the product I needed and it was deliveed to my door within 2 days. The floors are now cleaned and I am extremely happy with the service. I will re-ordring when it becomes necessary. Senior

Our website automatically sends out order confirmations to the given email address immediately after each order. Presumably there would have been a problem with your email address but without identifying you we can't confirm exactly what caused the problem.
