If any of my clients got a shoddy service like I've been given by QVS - I wouldn't be in business. Ordered on a Saturday, didn't have some items in stock so they promised to get them ordered and delivered in 2-3 days, fair enough. 3 days later I chase up to see how it's going and the order hadn't been placed with the supplier yet! 1st mistake.
Called on Friday on a hunch to see if everything was in order - sadly not. The items that were in stock had not been shipped yet and they hadn't received the items from the supplier yet. They promised to ship the existing items, which they did. On Tuesday - received a message from the couriers of an impending delivery - which never came. Chased QVS - was promised a call back - never happened.
Chased QVS the next morning - and was promised delivery that morning - no show.
Now I realise that DPD are not owned by QVS, but after messing up I would have imagined that QVS would do their best to communicate and let me know, chase couriers, chase suppliers and so on. The only time I knew what was sort of going on and what items were NOT going to be delivered was when I called to chase them.
Moral of the story - try your luck with them - I won't.

Cancelled the order - shoddy shoddy shoddy.
