tried them a while ago and a few times since.the website is pretty user friendly and easy to use,maybe not as quick as tlc's but easier to navigate and has all info needed to make the right purchase,although their linked products leaves a lot to be desired,so use at your own peril.placed an order and received a mail the following day saying item out of stock but not which product.Phoned the free phone number for info and was phoned back within 5 minutes from the dispatch depot(Guildford I believe) stating what was out of stock and when I would get it.The guy was very helpful and polite and my goods turned up exactly when he said they would,so all in all I was impressed and have remained impressed with their service,although the web does not hold stock info so if desperate a phonecall is a good idea!
