Ordered the first pole , 11/12/2014 money taken then email to say no longer available but would refund money £51.27, ordered another pole and it arrived with a faulty bracket customer services promised a replacement , contacted them three times and still no refund or replacement bracket. I have contacted credit card company a requested a recharge under section 75 . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
