Ordered on 24th July. Emailed them on 1st August to see what the delay was, to which they responded (i felt rather abruptly) that the 31st was the date of expected dispatch. Emailed them again to ask whether i would receive before the weekend. They said id get the pole ON monday. On monday they emailed me a dispatch email. Liars. Luckily it was next day delivery. I waited over two weeks for my order, even though its meant to be a 7 day dispatch. And i was in regular contact via email. I dont really know why it would take 14 days to send out a curtain pole you could pick up in pound stretcher :/
