Terrible service, go elsewhere unless you have weeks to get your order. There is NO service in their customer service. Good prices but the time I wasted in correcting the mistakes cost me dearly. No personal service unless you want to talk to Mrs. SUPPORT. No quality control AT ALL. Lost me forever and I TRIED to give them a chance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! See all my wasted attempts to fix THEIR SNAFU over the weeks! Placed my order on November 12th. Waited, waited. . . waited. Called to check on status. I was told I'd receive an email update, but that they were still waiting on 4 items. (Don't know if I'll ever receive an update. . .) I was told they'd contact their supplier, and have the items that they were short, shipped direct to me. The rest of the order was to process and ship out in a couple days. I've received the items from their suppliers directly, Dec. 2nd and 3rd. . . still waiting on the shipment from PlumbersStock. On Dec. 11th. Contacted again, they say my order will ship in the next 3-4 days, after I told them cancel anything they were waiting on, at this point I don't care what they're short. I've received close to a dozen orders from others since this time. Definately don't keep you updated on order process, but at least they answered the phone.  Time will tell with this company, as they don't appear to have any concept of the word. Hope my order arrives soon, as we await to finish outfitting one of our vehicles with some tools & a couple parts from here. . . Here's a Follow-Up: I Called again today. December 19th, amazingly, they answered. . . I was told December 11th, my remaining 10 items would ship out in 3-4 days. Still nothing however. My account still shows processing. . . So I ask customer service agent what's the hold up, when to expect shipment? . . . last week they had everything but a water heater kit, this week they're lacking several items to complete my order. . . Every week it's a different story. . . longest wait, worst experience I have ever had. I even told them last week to ship me what they had, send the rest when they get it. . . no problem they said, . . . but I'd still have to wait the 3-4 days before they could ship what they have. . . Same shuffle today. . . wait 3-4 days and they'll ship. . . Frankly I'm tired of a company that can't deliver and makes empty promises."

I placed an order on September 8th. The items I ordered were stated to have a "1-3 week lead time." It's currently October 3rd, and I still don't have my order. After multiple calls I had a lady tell me that I might have my stuff by October 8th. Just the facts. EDIT: forgot to mention the domino effect caused by not having these parts, which culminated in me having a currently mal-functioning wastewater treatment system, resulting in potential legal action against me by the State, which equals FINES. Is all this worth it to save a $100...? Not on your life.

Found these guys through google while planning my sprinkler system for my new side-patch of grass (so my wife wouldn't complain about running the hose anymore). They have every brand of sprinkler stuff I've ever heard of (and some I haven't). Tons of other (not-useful-to-me) stuff too. Their prices were LOW when compared to other online companies. They had pictures, and descriptions and stuff. Their ratings were almost non-existent though. So I decided that if I liked their service, I'd give them a review so that others wouldn't avoid them if they were good. Well, the parts I ordered came as expected, except one which had broken in shipping (packing peanuts might be bad for the environment, but they might have saved my sprinkler valve). I called their number to report the damage and they sent me another one out that day from a local supplyhouse. I was impressed! So I wrote a review on the site that has their reviews, and they never posted it! plumbersstock doesn't pay them according to the site. I'm guessing that's the problem, so I came here where it's free for companies (I think). Hopefully it helps that company out, they earned it.
