PlumbWorld were the only company that had exactly what I wanted for my new bathroom but I was very concerned about placing the order after reading these reviews. All I can say is they were brilliant from start to finish. Easy to order, phone call to confirm delivery four days after ordering, choice of delivery dates, easy to track delivery, delivery when expected, lots of substantial packaging and inside was the most beautiful contemprary wall hung grey gloss furniture with a ceramic basin - and matching back to wall toilet and grey gloss unit. All in perfect condition. There was not a single bad thing about the whole process and product.
