I needed a new electric shower desperately to replace my broken shower, I chose Plumbworld because it said NEXT DAY DELIVERY. At all times during the checkout process, it said NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Two days later I rang Plumbworld who tell me they do not do next delivery, my item hasnt even been picked yet, they could guarantee dispatch that day and it would take up to 7 working days to be delivered.
Not happy I asked for a refund, to which they replied it would take up to 7 working days. So I created a dispute with Paypal. If you fall into the same trap and use your credit card, call the credit card company and do a charge-back.
