I've had the pleasure of dealing with Plumbworld several times over the last few months as we've been refurbishing our bathroom and have ordered at least 3 times from them. Each time the checkout, delivery and service from the company has been flawless.

I understand that only people who are angry usually leave reviews, but 2-stars for a business like this? No way. I've dealt with bad companies before and Plumbworld is not one of them. Despite them only being able to be contacted by email (which makes a lot of sense if anyone knew how much it cost to have a phone service), they are quick to reply... Better yet, they pass on the savings they make in the business onto their customers through the product prices. Nobody ever complains about that do they?

Overall, I couldn't recommend a better company that I've used in the past year of buying online.
