It fits, does the job, and is the correct part for my shower. there were even replacement washers supplied if one size didn't fit properly. No understanding here of 'the customer is always right'! I purchased a toilet seat for my pristine white bathroom. From the photograph the seat appeared to represent white marble or stone effect. When the seat arrived, it was an ugly blue grey colour. I returned the seat in good faith as it was not as represented. The item received by the customer matched the picture on the website. The colour on the website is grey and the item received was indeed grey. Unfortunately the customer thought they had seen a white seat but this was not the case. The customer felt as they believed they had seen a white seat that we should pay the returns cost. We did everything in our power to help the customer and discussed this in length and returned numerous calls. We did refund the item in full straight away and even half of the returns cost back as a gesture of goodwill. Which was £6.95 regardless of the fact the item received was as shown on our website. If the item had of been different to our site we would have refunded the full return cost but unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of return delivery when the item is unwanted by the customer or not liked. You can see by all the other outstanding reviews below that we offer outstanding customer service.

Due to a revamp of our ensuite we replaced our old Saniflow. It had given exemplary service for some years with no problems, so it was either a 'full clean and service' and then putting it back, or replacing it. We had heard that the new model was quieter, a big factor in an ensuite, so we chose that route.
