We had the wrong item delivered to us which was entirely our fault. The gentleman at the Plumb Warehouse was very helpful. However, that's where the service feel down badly. I waited in last week for somebody to collect the item. Nobody turned up, despite me having to take a day off. I was told today that the couriers had tried to pick up on Friday but the item'wasn't ready' Obviously a blantant lie by somebody?? I was assured they would come today. nobody has turned up. I was only told nobody was coming for the parcel after waiting in all afternoon. Nobody from the Pl;umb Warehouse thought to ring to let me know!!! Tomorrow is another day that I will need to take off and maybe, just maybe the courier will show up, but I'm not holding my breath. Needless to say, what started as good customer service has now left a bad taste in our mouths and we will not be using this company again. maybe somebody at the lumb Warehouse needs to monitor UK Mail who were supposed to have shown up friday.

Late last week my water softener failed, I was offered a replacement service but leapt to my computer to find a more attractive deal. I knew nothing about softeners except the model for which I searched came highly recommended from an expert. Plumb Warehouse came up amongst others, including national supplier who has a branch within two miles of my village but within fifteen minutes I had determined that the Plumb Warehouse produced the best value for money. More importantly, they also could deliver for free and within 2 days. I ordered on line, checked verbally by telephone to confirm, and my new appliance arrived as advertised. It was installed next day and is now working well. An extremely good result and particularly as it took place in the Christmas rush. Thank you for a really excellent service.

I rang to check what 'next day' delivery meant and at the same time put in the order. They told me they could see I had just sent in the order and checked the position with the warehouse while I was on the phone. They asked them to do what they could to get it to me. The item arrived the next day. They understood the importance to me of getting it quickly and went out of their way to be helpful.

Nice clean lines, clearly indicated. Replaced older triton model. Only draw back, can sometimes knock on/off pad & switch power off when moving around under shower as pad is quite large. Pleased with delivery time, found your staff polite & helpful..

Prior to our bathroom being refitted we ordered from our original supplier in plenty of time only to be let down days from from the build starting. It wasn't until we chased them we learnt THEIR supplier had no stock. Plumb Warehouse checked and assured us easily and efficientlly he had physical stock which arrived swiftly in time for us to start, and at a good price. Also during the build we found we could go for a wall mounted mixer shower instead of an electric one. Again Plumb Warehouse checked and sent us the Grohe mixer in time for that stage to happen. I ordered a Salamander shower pump from Plumb Warehouse on 2 January. I rang beforehand to make sure it was in stock, but ordered online as the person I spoke to said it would be cheaper that way. I've had many types of service when buying things on the internet but I have to say this was by far the best.

After checking the stock availability I ordered a single impeller shower pump at approx 1:00pm on the Thursday before the Christmas closure & it was received the next day at approx 12:30pm - this was at the most competitive price I could find online with free next day delivery. I placed my order for a Grohe shower on Sunday night, based on the price it was being offered at. At the time of ordering I wasn't clear of the delivery period for the item, which would have been helpful. On the following Friday, I emailed Plumb Warehouse to get an update, and received confirmation that the item had been despatched the previous day and it should arrive that day. Sure enough it was delivered within the hour. The item is exactly as described, so on basis of price, quality of goods, efficiency of delivery and service, I am more than satisfied.
