Prior to our bathroom being refitted we ordered from our original supplier in plenty of time only to be let down days from from the build starting. It wasn't until we chased them we learnt THEIR supplier had no stock. Plumb Warehouse checked and assured us easily and efficientlly he had physical stock which arrived swiftly in time for us to start, and at a good price. I ordered a comtatible Stuart Turner QT80T pump from the website to replace my failed Aquilisa aquaforce 65 pump. The stuart turner pump was a direct replacement. On the website it stated "Next day deliver" in big blue letters. Ok ideal thats what I want. After I placed the order I get a receipt from plumb warehouse stating delivery on Monday. I placed my order for a Grohe shower on Sunday night, based on the price it was being offered at. At the time of ordering I wasn't clear of the delivery period for the item, which would have been helpful. On the following Friday, I emailed Plumb Warehouse to get an update, and received confirmation that the item had been despatched the previous day and it should arrive that day. Despite being assured that my order of 23rd October would be delivered on the 24th it did not arrive. I tried tracking via UK mail online but all it showed was DELAYED. On morning of 25th I tried numerous calls to Plumb Warehouse and all I got was an anwerphone. I left a message asking for someone to call me back - nothing.I sent an email - no response ! I needed to replace some taps fairly soon and ordered online from Plumb-warehouse. I got a call and some emails from Glenn the following morning before the order had been processed to point out that the lead time for the item I had ordered was 4-6 weeks. Glenn suggested an alternative and I went ahead. The taps I received are fantastic and very competitiely priced. Next day delivery was included.
