Initially when I ordered my plants, the website showed them as being available. Unfortunately when the delivery date was reached I received an email saying the plants were no longer available but would be restocked shortly. I was slightly cross about this as I would have ordered else where to make sure I got my plants by the time stipulated. However as the revised delivery date approached I received another email stating that my plants were still not available but that Plantify would give me 2 plants of the same variety but a larger pot size for the same money. I was please with this and I feel that Plantify made an effort to resolve the issue when they could just as easily let me wait for the plants for an unspecified amount of time. Thank you Plantify. I shall use you again in the future.
