I have discovered this site this spring - to date I have given them two orders - mostly for perennials - the quality of the plants and the packaging of them is the best I have come across - a lot of thought must have gone into the packaging and also the best courier to use. After going on line to look for some nice Dahlia tubers, found Plantmenow.co.uk and ordered 8 tubers.
