The purchasing was fantastic, but the aftercare trying to get intouch with the customer services to get an exchange, but i could not get in touch via e-mail or phone at one stage i was on the phone ringing for 23 minutes. it was an absolute sham i managed to get intouch with the customer services eventualy but i was not pleased with the service of been able to ring or e-mail yourselfs.
i did get e-mail replies and managed to get my exchange eventualy, i was happy with the speediness but felt like once you had my money you did not care about me or my complaints
