The web site looked very good so we ordered some items from them on the 10th July. The invoice said it would be with us within 5 working days. the last day is tomorrow 17th July and still no Email. So I thought I would ring them, after the 12 time of ringing them and no answer, some one answered! I explained everything to him and he told me " he would look into it and it would be with me tomorrow " I'm writing this review because of the lack of communication and that I had to ring them to sort out my order when they should of sorted it with me prompting them! I will wait and see if they send it me by tomorrow 17th July. I don't like giving bad reviews but I think its a bad show if I have to ring them to remind them to even look at my order. hope the next time I use them it will be better

Firstly may we apologise for the fact that our communications fell short of your expectations. Our system is set up to generate an automatic email upon receipt of an order, so I'd be very grateful if you could forward your Order Number so that we can endeavour to track this order and find out why this appears not to have happened in this case. In addition we apologise for the fact that you were unable to get hold of our depot when you tried to call. We’re putting measures in place to hopefully ensure this doesn’t happen again, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
