I would advise EVERYONE against from ever buying from Mow Direct. They sell branded product...but when something goes wrong with the purchased product, they hide behind the manufacturers T's and C's....and are not prepared to fully resolve the outstanding issues.
Our Club cadet mower has needed a new clutch now on 3 occasions...and has only got less than two hundred hours on the clock.
Not only have i spent £4000 with Mow Direct...but have also spent in excess of £500 with contract gardeners whilst my machine has been out of action....and whilst the product is still within its warranty.
