Ordered a new shower bath, vanity unit, toilet and basic 10 days before the plumber was due to arrive. After 1 week hadn't heard anything so rang was told the courier would call me before the end of the week. End of week still no call, rang again, apparently courier collected suite 2 days ago which was a Tuesday, plan to deliver the following Tuesday, a whole week later. When asked why a courier service takes 7 days from collection to deliver the guy didn't know. Rubbish customer service, am waiting for him to ring me back once he has spoken to the courier but seems to be no sense of urgency so now am cancelling plumber and going to have to live with a bath in my lounge for a week, not happy. Was going to ask for a refund but going on the comments on here I can't wait 6 weeks for them to send me my money back.
