“Took payment but had no stock”

According to their policy, payment is not taken until it has been processed. How wrong that is. Ordered it and paid on same day on last one in stock, waited a week and heard nothing. Sent emails and left voicemail messages but still no response. Finally got through and was told it had not been sent yet as no stock available. Will not be shopping here in the future
