To be fair I've had a few Kybotech ( billoh )sheds overthe years and they were ok,ish but this last transaction had me tearing my hair out due to change of cicumstances I had to cancel the order and that's where the nightmare began,trying to get a refund off this company is fraught with problems , they basically ignore you and hope you go away I give up in the end and let PayPal deal with it and they got my refund. DO NOT NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE NIGHTMARES

AVOID AT ALL COST AVOID AT ALL COST. I would no stars if i could. Incompetant customer services who lack basic common sense and 10 year old maths knowledge. I bought a playhouse for my daughter. Much smaller than advertised. Damaged parts, door 4 inches too small and not enough felt for the roof. After 2 weeks of phone calls i gave up trying to talk sense. Ive been a builder over 15 years and felted many roofs. Its common knowledge that a small roof of this design requires three pieces of felt to cover it. One either side and one over the middle. Each piece of felt was required to be cut at 1.8 metres. They sent 4 metres of very low quality felt. How is it possible to get three strips from this short roll. They insist it is enough to cover the roof. Ive asked on 6 seperate occasions how is it possible, how long is the roof and how long should each piece of felt be cut to and each time they refused to give me an answer as they knew they were wrong and refused to accept responsability

I bought a Kybotech shed 2 years ago. The roof quality poor and method of constructing by banging in nails nearly took the whole shed down. Within weeks (after painting) the shed had shrunk so much the doors wouldn't meet and gaps and holes were appearing in the wood. I complained with photos and no-one ever responded. Now, the roof is leaking through the felt and mild is growing inside. The ten year old shed I took down for this heap of rubbish was in better condition.

Did a bit of research in sheds this had good reviews and looked the part, the shed was delivered on time so I set about making concrete base. Got a friend round to help erect the shed all was going well until we got to the roof nothing was fitting so rechecked everything all was square & and to the spec ended up having to buy more materials as the roof was so far out of line. We measured everything several times throughout. So anyway finally got the shed up after spending about £50 on materials. Shed has been up now for 9 months, it was soaking wet inside and the roof had mould all over it and yes I did paint it as soon as it was up. Now the hotter weather it here all the tounge & groove is splitting so there are gaps every where not what you would expect from a £700 she'd substandard in my opinion.

This is the second shed i have bought. Both have been good for the price although they are made from cheaper materials, especially the roof felt which rips very easily and roofing board which has sagged with both sheds despite being kept dry. If you want a cheap shed you want to bespoke then this is ideal, but if you want something substantial then i would look elsewhere. I would recommend for something if on a tighter budget.

From ordering to delivery the service was fantastic. The playhouse was easy to build and all fixtures and fittings were provided. The step by step assembly instructions with pictures were really useful. We painted it inside and outside with little green paint company oil based paint to give it longevity and make it pretty maintenance free. We also added glazing strip to try to keep it weathertight. Our grandchildren love it. Attaching the barge boards to the edge of the roof was difficult as there is so little to attach them to but that is my only criticism. Otherwise it's a great product which will give years of outdoor play.

time element to assemble was given by somebody living in a dream world. Ordering and delivery was fine. The assembly was another thing. We bought a 6 foot by 4 foot shed and a 2 foot extension. The directions for assembling the 6 X 4 was 3 to 4 hours so we thought add on 2 hours for the extension. Wrong it took my wife and I 12 to 13 hours to assemble. We found the assembly directions hard to follow and as for wearing gloves to protect your hands how are you meant to deal with tiny screws, nuts and bolts? If we known how difficult and time consuming this would be we would not have bought a metal shed. I sent details for guarantee by email and as yet awaiting an answer.

Great Delivery Service but then onwards very dissapointed. Flimsy product with pieces missing. Pictures and write up on site give a very different impression to the standard received. Not really fit for purpose. No inventory of parts so not aware any missing until construction well underway. Panels had overhangs of wood which we had to cut to size to make them fit. Windows very poor fitting, even after sealing with silicone, which meant we could no longer open them we still had water ingress. Very poor value for money. Would not buy from this Company again.

Good product delivered on time. Very impressed with the modular design and how easy it therefore was to handle. Despite the components seeming very undersized, the building once erected is surprisingly sturdy. My only complaint is that all the screws nails and ironmongery came packed in a single bag, which is shrink wrapped to the one of the other packages. Unfortunately this means having to sort through a mass of components and fixings to find the required ones. Also this packaged had opened inside the package it was attached to and many of the fixings were complete loose inside.

We received a garden shed, flat packed. All the parts were there and all the diagrams were easy to read. Did exactly what it said on the tin. Very happy.

I ordered a Billy Oh Summerhouse 10 x 10 foot ....costing £1029 . it took 3 weeks to be delivered When we started to assemble it we realised there was a lot of wood missing Plus the instructions !!!! After hours of phone calls we were told our wood kit would be arriving 5 days later This was not great as we had half assembled the House and there was persistent rain We then bought a lot of wood and nails ourselves just to secure it When the woodkit arrived it was very flimsy....and soon warped . After numerous emails we were told that we would be refunded for the nails only!!!! I cannot believe I have spent £1000 plus on such an average product [and that is being kind ] their customer care is shocking ...their communication is dire I strongly advise people to not deal with this Company

Cameras arrived as stated and are exactly as described.

I can not review this product since it is not yet received due to an incompetent delivery company. On the first day the driver had the wrong postcode. He was unable to use his brains and use the rest of the address to find the house. On the second occasion a different driver, with my email address was unable to find our house. On the third occasion, yet another driver, due to deliver between 18.20 and 19.20 signed the log to say he was at the delivery location at 16.19. We were at home but he never arrived and in spite of having provided explicit delivery instructions, a landline number and a mobile number, he was unable to find us and left without delivering. The product may be very good but unless the distributor uses a different delivery company who use brains instead of brainless satnavs, we shall not be buying the product again.

I ordered a tool storage shed from Garden Buildings Direct in early July 2015. The website has hundreds of positive reviews and the prices are competitive. Happy days you think! Until you place your order that is.......Please be wary of any website that you have not heard of before with hundreds of positive reviews. They withhold the right to publish which reviews they want to show on their website. So they are obviously only going to show the positive reviews. I was given a delivery date of the 27-07-2015 for the tools storage shed. My wife took a day off work and waited in all day and it never turned up. No phone call or email to say that they couldn't make it that day so I tried to ring the customer service department. This took nearly 40 minutes to speak to a customer service advisor! The advisor was then basically talking from a script in front of them. The call centre is in the Philippines and the advisors grasp of English isn't that great. It is also run by a company called Kybotech. I asked to speak to a manager and the response was the manager was in a meeting. I was then given an email address to voice my concerns about the service provided. Anyway to cut the chase I was then given another time slot 2 days later as I said I would cancel the order if it wasn't delivered on this time slot. It was delivered on the second time slot! But there was a part missing from the order so I couldn't build the shed. I was then told that I would get the missing part within 3 to 5 working days. Guess what? I still haven't received the missing part. So I have a tool storage shed in the back garden that is basically bonfire wood and I still don't know if I am going to get my missing part to build it. I have just tried twice to speak to someone regarding my missing part and I have been left on hold for 6 minutes each time only for it to got to voicemail which then says there is no voicemail for this number. I urge you to think twice about using this company. I hope I will get the missing part soon and I will never use it again! Oh, if you want to cancel they will charge you £20.00 if your order is under £200.00 and I suspect that it would take weeks for them to arrange to collect the shed. I also have no confidence that they would refund my card even if they did pick it up.

Delivered on time, found the hammock easy to assemble a real winner with all the family

delivery was prompt and the driver helpfull. everything was there and in good condition. the instructions were clear and easy to follow. the windows and material for fitting were og very poor quality,an area which requires considerable improvement. the shed base which is described as heavy duty is anything but. considerable extra expense has been incured to make the building servicable.

I would like to state that the product was excellent but our complaint lies with the communication about delivery. All went well initially, the order was quick and we had a projected delivery date. The day before said date came and as the day wore on we had no confirmation that the shed was coming the next day. We tried logging on to track the package but our details were rejected every time. Thoughts of suspicion crossed our minds at this point! We tried accessing a quick question area on the website but even though the enquiry was accepted, there was no response. Eventually, groan, we had to phone. Never a first option with the prospect of long waits in queues. Our fears were fulfilled when we had to wait nearly half an hour, anticipation building as we crept up the queue, only to be told when we had reached the dizzy heights of number 2 in the queue, "Sorry our lines are very busy, try again later." After which, the call was terminated. Needless to say after enduring repeated renditions of Michal Buble singing Beautiful Day, it definitely did not feel like one. At this point we still had no idea if our shed would arrive. Hurray, later that evening an email informed us that our shed would arrive, between 7 and 11am the next day, but we should expect communication to narrow that down to a two hour slot. Thankfully we didn't hold out any hope on that score, and the delivery came after that time with no further contact. The product was excellent, all componants present and assembled easily, but we would not choose to order from this company again.
