The building was perfect. The website when ordering did not give me option for a base which Is listed in the instructions. Building was delivered wet so upon unloading got covered in treatment. Was told an estimated delivery day but not confirmed date so lucky I was in when It came. Upon emailing seller garden buildings direct regarding above matters no reply received 2 weeks given up now never using seller again
