The delivery service was disappointing!

I found what i wanted on the website, & was pleased with the price so placed the order. I read that it would arrive in 2-3 days but i would be at work so asked if i could arrange a specific day for delivery... Sorry no can do you should expect your delivery Tues or weds. Weds came still no attempted delivery through the door so emailed them weds evening to its whereabouts', no reply. Emailed Thursday, still no reply also tried ringing several occasions but no answer! Emailed Fri AGAIN, NO REPLY!! Finally Answered phone Fri to find out it had been delivered to a different address the previous Monday!!! Was told to go to the address & ask for it myself,( lady even told couriers'its not hers but he left it there anyhow). As this was a gift for my other half i had to sort it out for the next day so didn't really have an option but to do so! Overall think you should be able to choose delivery day & they need to review delivery service
