We recently ordered a single pergola, from start to finish the service was spot on, they kept us well informed about delivery times and all went as planned. The quality of the product is excellent and the online instructions were extremely useful, I don't very often post reviews, but I felt this company deserved praise as buying a large construction online from photo views only can be risky, I would not hesitate to recommend Jacksons.
