Placed an order for flooring. After not hearing anything we contacted them to be told the flooringwas on a back log and they would let us know when it came in stock. Never heard back, was always us chasing them. Over a month after placing the order we were told it would be delivered on a particular day. Stayed in all day and no delivery! Apparently it had been delivered to the wrong address. They were aware of this, but still no one bothered to inform us. We were then told it would take at least another week to get to us. We said we'd had enough and wanted to cancel the order. Got flooring from another company within a week! Have we received our refund, some 20 days later? No! Apparently it can take up to 28 days! It better arrive in our account soon! Absolute appalling customer service. They take your money, don't deliver the product and don't refund your money!
