Saw some Karndean flooring in a book and could not work out what it was, called these guys and they managed to help me figure it out I ordered some RL02 for my hallway - delivery 10 -14 days but prices were excellent so happy to wait Arrived on a pallet as confirmed 7 days later Fitted looked fab, so decided to replace the dining room. Whilst on the phone I asked if they supplied Alternative Flooring carpet which they did. The carpet came 10 days after order on the same day as the rest of the karndean order. Fitted again looks beautiful. Bent over backwards to help - I think sometimes reading the review some problems, especially delivery are out of the suppliers control and it is really very picky to blame them,lighten up people I had a good experience all round WOULD USE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND
