I needed to get hold of a log store and found the Heritage site through the google shopping results. My initial concern was getting the item on time, I needed it in a hurry and wanted to be sure it would arrive. I emailed first and after quickly checking the item was available they came back to me to advise I would have it delivered within 48 hours. All in all very happy. I bought a Winchester Arbour (made by rowlinson) for the bottom of our Garden. The quality of the product is good. As a bit of an amateur DIY'er i found it relatively easy to assemble, although it did take some time. Ideally you need to people two people. Delivery was quick and it looks lovely in our garden. I didn't have cause to speak to Heritage Gardens so I can't comment on their aftersales service, but my experience was good and I would order from them again. (read more)

I've used Heritage on two separate occasions and both times I've had excellent service. Delivery was quick and efficient and they were very helpful when I had to speak to them on the phone. The first time I ordered a raised bed kit and the second time I ordered a set of table and chairs for the garden. The raised bed kit is fantastic and has turned me into an avid vegetable grower after years of letting my husband do all the gardening. The table and chairs are made from teak and are great... I was looking for a new garden bench and found the Heritage website. Initially I was surprised to see them costing so much, but upon closer inspection I realised that these were high quality benches that were built to last a very long time. I took the plunge and ordered a £300 bench from the site. I received and email from the company telling me when my bench would ship. It was delivered two days later.
