terrible company - avoid

We ordered quite a few items from Heat and Plumb - one delivery wasn't complete so we had to wait in another day to receive what was missing. Two broken shower screens later and we are still waiting for them to come and collect it so they can process a refund. We also ordered (as their site suggested it) a very expensive waste set for the bath. Not being plumbers we didn't realise that for £55 this doesn't come with the plug and handle - this would have cost us another £34. The actual handle and plug wasn't suggested as an add on so I assumed for £55 I was getting a complete waste. After I complained lo and behold the second add on now appears on the website as a suggested add on to the bath purchase. It should have been there all along. I think this is totally misleading and underhand, to get you to buy a very, very expensive part and THEN tell you to spend another £34 to complete it. We didn't. We got a perfectly good waste for £19 from Wickes and will sell the components on Ebay. Awful customer service too, they never get back to you about anything you have queried.
