I ordered some handles for my wardrobes & matching smaller ones for my bedside cabinets & drawers. The handles themselves were excellent quality & were delivered super fast. They were very reasonably priced too, i couldn't price match them anywhere near. I found the website really easy to navigate & found what i was looking for easily. I had to order some more handles as my fitter decided to add more drawers i ordered these at ease knowing they would soon be delivered..... Ordered and paid for handles on 13 September 2016. Asked about delivery when nothing arrived on 22nd September. Was told there had been a slight delay but would be dispatched on 26 September. Contacted by Email (phone always goes to answerphone) again on 28th September, and again on 29th September. Was told by e-mail on 30th September that they didn't know what had happened, but they would reprocess the order and get it to me. On 4th October I am told they cannot fulfil the order because they are out of stock/discontinued line on one item, but they can send the other item. I accept this and order an alternative to the discontinued item. I am told I will get 10% discount. On 5th October I am told they will issue a full refund, so can I process a new order for the alternative handles, and they will not only issue a full refund, but send the handles they have in stock tomorrow morning, for free. I said I would re-order once I had a refund. Wisely as it transpired, I was not prepared to send more cash when my original order had not been fulfilled. Today 10th October (evening), no handles sent, and no refund. The handles discontinued are Cross and Assinder Oak/Bronze handle code ZZ/3646, which did remain on the website after I was told they had been discontinued, but have now been taken off the site.

I ordered some handles in November 2015 which were supposed within 4 working days. They didn't.I left it for a few days and tried to query it with the company. They were very difficult to contact & didn't return my calls, messages or emails. Eventually I took a tip from my son & named & shamed them on Facebook.& Twitter. This brought results. We were communicating via Facebook but still no handles. They confirmed they had sent them but by Christmas, when I went away, they still weren't here. Early in Jan they sent another despatch which arrived a couple of days later. Would you believe, the original despatch arrived late in January, having been mislaid by the Post Office. So it was the PO's fault all along. The company let me keep the extra handles without charge. I don't blame the compay, but they should make it easier to contact them in the first place.

I was very happy with the handles supplied to me and despite asking for slightly unusual handles sourcing did not appear to be an issue. I would definitely use them again.

Outstanding service from HandleShop. I placed a large order for the Mulberry range of polished nickel handles for a new kitchen installation, and the finish/quality of the product is exactly as I wanted. I made a change to the order mid way (changed my mind and wanted to a slightly smaller cabinet knobs on some of the range), and nothing was too much trouble for the team and their turn around was prompt, which was appreciated as the kitchen fitters were on site. This company based in Yorkshire went the extra mile to contact me by phone to ensure the delivery was received. I will definitely use the company again, and without reservation recommend them. The large variety of handles on the website are accurately described and some are a little unusual, which I like. The selection I ordered arrived before time and I was kept informed about delivery. I will definitely use the company again.

I was very indecisive when it came to choosing the perfect handles for my new kitchen so ordered 5 different kinds! The Handle Shop were very nice when it came to me returning some items and reordering others. The quality of the product is great as well, but its just so nice to get good old fashioned customer service these days. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had spent sometime trying to find a kitchen bin for our built in unit so was pleased to find a direct replacement at a good price. Unfortunately when it arrived the corner was broken off. When I contacted the company the response was excellent. They didn't ask for the broken bin to be returned but instead suggested I sent a photograph of the damage and once they had received this they immediately sent a replacement free of charge. I was impressed with the excellent service sorting out the issue.

I liked what was available on the website but couldn't find one item so phoned to ask for advice. They couldn't have been more helpful or efficient. They suggested choices I hadn't found and knew what they were doing. What a refreshing change from rather too many Internet businesses! I couldn't manage all the different suppliers ordering options but then I'm a Luddite.

The site was easy to use and I found what I wanted with no difficulty, the order turned up on time (a few items were sent separately but I was informed of this so no irritations in having to ask why the order wasn't complete first time out!). There was a query as postage had been charged when the order qualified for free postage but this was immediately put right with an explanation and apology and a refund within 24 hours so no complaints there - mistakes happen, it's how you put them right that's important. I would definitely use this company again and it was great that I could deal with an individual who clearly cared about the customer. Well done Handle Shop.

Needed to find nice big black ceramic knobs for my kitchen cupboards to make them look a bit special and individual. I have been able to do this thanks to the Handle Shop, I have had many nice comments about them. The service was very good even I needed a few extra ones after two years and that was no problem. Happy customer.
