I phoned to ask questions and then order the goods. The staff member was polite and understanding and processed the request quickly. The goods arrived the next day! Unfortunately, the product itself has turned out to be pretty useless - as a funky lamp, it works fine, but it does not actually fulfil its main function of killing flies.
In conclusion, the online seller is well equipped and proficient at its job -the product they sold is hopeless.
