2 weeks ago I made contact with [name removed] to ask for a Gazebo for my daughters's lacrosse team in time for the National Championships. I had left it late so only 10 days to produce and deliver a Gazebo with school logo. It arrived in good time, the girls and parents were delighted and it was a complete pleasure to work with [name removed] throughout. I am new to market stall trading and needed some shelter. The website is really easy to use but I needed to discuss delivery times etc. The delivery is fast, on time, and everything arrived in good order. They even got the order in for the next day. I received useful advice about the products, and options available. The problem for me is that I am not physically strong enought to lift 36kg unaided (I thought I was...oh the vanity!...) The team at Gazebo Shop took an idea we had for a gazebo, they listened and created a fab design, we changed it a few times, but they were very patient and came up with a fabulous, versatile gazebo, ready for all our shows and events. I contacted Ria at gazebo shop regarding my requirements for a gazebo she was friendly and very helpful no problem was to big to deal with. I bought my steel frame gazebo back in 2003 at the Dirt Bike Show and have used it most weekends racing motocross in all weathers and it is as good as when I first bought it. Today I have splashed out after all these years and bought the sides which I have found to my surprise to be very reasonably priced and just £10.00 delivered. From my initial phone call to the company to taking delivery of our gazebo, the service was absolutely first class; very helpful and responsive staff, super fast turn around time and next day delivery! The quality of the gazebo was much higher than I had anticipated, particularly as it's not one of the high end models. All the parts came in separate carry cases – which is a very nice touch.
