Having just bought a small Camping Gaz cylinder refil from this company i would recommend a crash course in customer service for the employees. This should include how to greet people on first meeting, say please and thankyou, be friendly and give advice if there are any queries and if there are any problems with the transaction then try to act in a professional manner.
