“Shocking Delivery and Service”

BBQ did not arrive when promised,despite numerous promises it was on its way. (And specific date agreed when ordered.) The following week it was delivered on truck with broken tail lift, so the driver couldn't unload it without support from our neighbours. On assembly we discovered the cover was broken, we were promised a replacement which didn't arrive.
