I joined their gardening club and placed my first order in March having seen their products on shopping channels and magazines. I had few problems with the order, as a number of items were missing and the mini orchard looked like a twigs. Following a phone call, I did finally receive the missing items some weeks later and accepted what they said about the trees looking like twigs (that’s how they were supposed to look). However, three out of four still look like twigs 6 weeks later. I am not confident they will grow and produce the abundance of fruit as shown in their advertising.

I decided to order another set for my sister as a birthday present - big mistake! I am having a nightmare with the 'jobs worth' call centre agents with poor customer service skills, trying to find out when my order is likely to be delivered. Seven calls later I am still none the wiser. Their prices may be cheap, but it's not worth the hassle. Buy elsewhere and save yourself a lot of time and trouble.

I wish I had read the poor reviews before dealing with Gardenbargains.
